Dolly started working for the IB as Academic officer in the continuum department in 2010. She then took a position as the PA to the Regional Director Adrian Kearney in 2011 when the IB moved to their new offices in The Hague.  Since then she has taken up various positions where she worked as a key member of the professional development conference team and has successfully been in charge of the student Keynote speakers at the annual conference for the last 6 yrs. Dolly moved to the Development team as a Development associate and in 2017 took up the role of Development Associate Manager. Dolly is the account Manager for the Netherlands and helps and support the team while leading in the logistic aspects of the departments events.

بدأت دوللي بالعمل لدى منظمة البكالوريا الدوليّة في عام 2010 كموظفة أكاديمية في قسم الاستدامة. لاحقاً لذلك وفي عام 2011 شغِلت منصب المساعدة الشخصية للمدير الإقليمي آدريان كيرني في الوقت الذي انتقلت فيه المكاتب الجديدة لمنظمة البكالوريا الدوليّة إلى لاهاي. ومنذ ذاك الحين؛ عملت في مناصب متعددة منها عضو رئيسي في فريق مؤتمرات التطور المهني وكانت مسؤولة عن الطلاب المتحدثين في المؤتمر السنوي على مدى السنوات الست السابقة. في عام 2017 انتقلت دوللي لتصبح مشارك التطوير في فريق التطوير بالمسمّى الوظيفي مدير مشارك لقسم التطوير. دوللي هي مسؤولة حسابات هولندا وتقدّم الدعم من خلال إدارتها النواحي اللوجستية فعاليّات القسم
