The objective of this workshop is to gain insight into the benefits of peer coaching within an organization. It is intended that participants will go away with a range of practical ideas to implement their own coaching culture

In this practical workshop (a follow up from Workshop 1 although not mandatory), we will explore:
• Ways to implement Peer Coaching
• How Peer Coaching can develop a shared responsibility amongst both staff and students to create a positive culture
• How coaching can be a positive, supportive and valuable approach to exploring solutions, developing strategies and resolving issues
• How coaching can be a valuable skill in leadership

Come to this workshop prepared to engage in discussion around the setting up of a Peer Coaching culture.Be prepared to bring ideas to the table and engage in activities.
